Do I need a referral to see a Physiotherapist?

No, a referral is not necessary to have for you to see a physiotherapist, unless you are going through WorkCover or Third Party.

Do you have HICAPS facilities?

Yes, you are able to claim a rebate from your health fund on the spot via HICAPS if you have your health fund card on you and are covered for extras.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, EFTPOS and Visa/Mastercard. We do not accept American Express, Diners or personal cheques.

Do you treat WorkCover and TAC patients?

Yes, we treat WorkCover and TAC patients on a case by case basis provided that you have a referral from your GP and your insurer has accepted liability (if applicable).

Initial consultations may take up to 60 minutes. Any follow up consultations are 30 minutes.
